What Am I Really Worth?

I met a friend at the mall today. It wasn't a planned meeting, I just ran into him. We greeted each other warmly, and were smiling, and were just about to begin our conversation, when disaster struck. Nobody was hurt. It was a funny kind of disaster.  Within 3 seconds of us beginning to chat, some other friend of his showed up, and he just left me standing there all alone without so much as a "cheers, buddy. " I didn't  think much about it then, but now it' s actually funny to me. why didn't he say goodbye? Why didn't he introduce me to his other friend? Why was it so easy for him to drop me and forget about me? What value do I add to him? Clearly not much, or none at all, otherwise he would have been courteous to me, right?

And what about the rest of my friends? Do I add any value to them? I don't think so. I cant remember the last time I got a call from any of them asking me to hang out. I'm that guy who when I show up to a circle of people standing and chatting, slowly, one-by one, they all get up and leave until I'm standing there all alone holding up the wall.

How valuable am I to my circle of friends,

family, colleagues, acquaintances?

Is there any conclusive measure for a person's value

to someone else's life?

But anyway, even though I don't get no appreciation from nobody, I'm not going to stop trying to be valuable. If not to my friends, then maybe to strangers on the internet, right. And you know what's the best thing about adding value to strangers on the internet, it's that they have no preconceived notions about me. They only judge my work based on its merits. They judge my work based on the problem they were experiencing when they first approached me for a solution, and then by how impactful were my suggestions in solving their challenges.  I hope you will judge the Best Life Program for the results you get from implementing it, not from my personal quirks.
