1. Refund Policy
Overview
You may request a full refund of your membership fee within 30 days of purchase if you’re dissatisfied—no questions asked.
Refunds are not available after the 30-day window.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@successclub.co.za with your name, email, and reason for refund.
Refunds processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Conversions During Renewal
If your subscription auto-renews, no refund is provided.
Exceptions
One-off tools or bonuses purchased separately may have their own refund rules (linked in product description).
2. Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By using the SuccessClub.co.za platform and services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Membership & Accounts
You must use a valid email and keep your password secure.
You’re liable for all activity on your account.
3. Payment & Renewal
Membership billed at R20 initially, then at the current rate.
Auto-renewal will occur unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Access Rights
Membership grants non-exclusive, non-transferable access to materials and community.
Sharing login access is prohibited and grounds for termination.
5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, guides, funnels) is owned/licensed by Dollar Success Club.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or repurpose content without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post defamatory, illegal, or harmful content.
Breach may lead to account suspension without refund.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
Services provided “as‑is” without warranties.
Liability limited to the total amount paid.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by South African law.
Disputes resolved amicably or in South African courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise the Terms; changes will be posted with date. Continued use after updates = acceptance.

Q1: How do I cancel my membership?
A1: Log into your account, go to Subscription Settings, and click “Cancel.” You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Q2: Can I get a refund after 30 days?
A2: Unfortunately, no. Refunds are only available within the first 30 days of purchase.
Q3: Do I need to join the Facebook community to use the course?
A3: No, access to the community is optional—but highly recommended for peer support and networking. A private Facebook group link will be in your dashboard.
Q4: Can I share my login with someone else?
A4: No. Access is limited to the person who signed up. Sharing may lead to account termination.
