The true measure of your attitude towards your job is what you do when no one is looking. Do you sneak onto Facebook hoping no one will notice, or do you buckle down and get some serious work done?

Learn to sell yourself on yourself. People can't buy into you if you're not bought into your own self.
Ask yourself constantly: "What are my best qualities? How can I use these to deliver my best performance right now?"
