Rich people are committed to being rich, poor people are only interested in being rich.

When you think about money, what feelings come up for you? Are you filled with exhilaration or anxiety? Do you experience chest pains and difficulty breathing or the sweet smell of a freshly picked rose?

Some people claim to want to be rich, but they have negative associations with money.

Examples include people asking for handouts, having to work too much without getting free time, robberies and theft, loss of health, etc.

Rich people think about all the joy and freedom that money will help them experience. Money itself is not good or bad. It all depends on your conditioning and your associations.

Harv asks you to answer a simple question to determine some of your money associations. Answer this question for yourself and see which negative associations come up for you.

Harv says the number one reason most people don't get what they want is because they don't know what they want.

If you want to be rich you have to be absolutely clear about what you want.  You must be fully committed to achieving great wealth.  And you must be prepared to do whatever it takes, as long as it's legal, moral and ethical.

There Are 3 levels of desire to be rich

1. Wanting to be rich,  (only if it falls on your lap and you don't have to work for it.)
2. Choosing to be rich.  This is akin to deciding to be rich.  When you decide you kill off every other possibility except having the thing you want.
3. The third level is commitment to be rich.  Commitment is when you hold nothing back. You give it 100%. No excuses, no ifs, no buts. 50 Cent said it best, get rich or die trying.

Here's a simple test

for your level of commitment:

Would you bet your life that in the next 10 years you will be wealthy?  Do you believe that you can create wealth? Do you believe you deserve to be rich? Your answer to these three questions will determine whether you will be rich or not.
