Business School for People Who Like Helping People - value 3

Friends Who Pull You Up, Not Push You Down

Most people just will not understand your vision.

They've been programmed to think in a certain way,

and they're too scared to break out of their comfort zone

and question the status quo.

These are not the kinds of people you should talk to

about your dreams. They will pull you down and make fun

of you because they themselves gave up dreaming long ago.

They think that because they failed to follow their dreams

everyone else will fail too, just like they did.

You need to start hanging around people who don't have

such fog clouding their judgment. You need to hang around

visionaries, thinkers and doers.

Kiyosaki believes that instead of changing jobs, you will be better served by changing quadrants. Instead of moving from job to job, rather move from job to business ownership.

The Four Quadrants

In Kiyosaki's Cash Flow Quadrant Are:

Employee

(Works for someone else. Earns a salary.)

Self-employed or Small business owner

(Works for themselves. Earns a commission.)

Business owner

(Has other people working for them. Earns a profit.)

Investor

(Has his money working for him. Earns a dividend.)

Kiyosaki believes a network marketing business is a B quadrant business because you can build a network of over 500 people. This gives you leverage and helps you create an almost unlimited income potential.

He encourages you to make use of the cash flow quadrant

when recruiting people for your MLM business.

Explain to your new recruits the difference between

each quadrant's earning potential, each quadrant's

risk and reward, each quadrant's freedoms and constraints.

He advises you to treat MLM like a real business,

and have at least a five year plan to create a steady income

for yourself. Additionally, Kiyosaki gives several reasons

as to why he believes his premise to be true.

And obviously, learning never stops.

There's always something new to learn.

Things evolve so much that you can't afford to be complacent.

You need to consistently put in the time and effort to get better

so you make less mistakes and earn more money.

Knowledge helps you steer clear of all the scams rampant

in the world today. You can smell them from a mile away

and take evasive acion.
