This should be the core of your marketing message.

Talk about solutions. That is why they have sought you out, you’re either helping them overcome a problem or you are helping them capitalize on an opportunity. They need solutions. They need a way forward. Compassion and empathy are great, but solutions are better. Give them solutions. Work with them to overcome problems or capture opportunities. It’s not about you. It’s about the customer.

Deepen loyalty with existing customers:

Your existing clients are a solid base of referrals and repeat business. Give them great benefits and they will reward you for it. They will also spread the word about you – far and wide. They will help you build your reputation and attract massive business opportunities.
