Terms of Sale for Local Spaza (Pty) Ltd

1. General Terms

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products and services by Local Spaza (Pty) Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") to you, the customer ("you" or "your"). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing

Prices are listed either in South African Rands [ZAR] or US Dollars [USD].
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, EFT, credit/debit cards.

2.3 Default on Payment

Orders not paid within 7 days of invoice issuance may be canceled.

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed online and on WhatsApp.

3.2 Order Confirmation

An order is only considered accepted upon receipt of payment and issuance of an order confirmation.

3.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If an order is canceled after shipment, refund terms in Section 5 apply.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1 Delivery

We deliver to Lehae, Lenasia and Vlakfontein.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Digital products are delivered online.

4.2 Collection

If you choose to collect your order, it must be picked up within 5 days.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and before delivery is made.

5.2 Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty

Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
We do not provide additional warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Spaza (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website or notifying customers.
